Bust out your legwarmers, dig up your old Flashdance sweatshirt and head over to the Sweat Spot. Choreographer and performance artist Ryan Heffington recently opened this Silver Lake dance studio, which is home to his colorful all-levels dance classes: Sweaty Sundays, Wet Wednesdays and Fit Fridays.
