Open 24 hours a day, 24/7 in The Standard hotel downtown features yellow booths, diner-style counters, and an outdoor patio that seats 62. The mostly American fare includes duck fat mashed potatoes, Idaho trout and hand-rolled ricotta cavatelli. Green tea gimlets, French pear martinis, and Grand Marnier margaritas are poured at the swanky rooftop bar.

    Pretty fun, good stop on your way OUT of the rooftop bar, actually, if you've been drinking on the rooftop bar, you NEED to stop here on your way out!
