1. Overpriced, very low quality finishes. You will need/want to remodel the entire unit. Cheap ugly finishes. Poorly designed. 2. The WORST sales staff EVER. Be sure to bring an OUTSIDE Realtor in. Jessica Jensen is the worst of the worst. Lies, attitude, and deceit is abundant. 3. HOA is horrible also. You will want to sell and move. Only problem is, once you're in, you can't leave! lol... you can't give these units away on re-sale. Word is getting out that the sales team and HOA are a nightmare. Advice.... walk away. (I ran)
