Troy Thomas and his mom Pat stoke the fires at The Rolling Stove daily, traveling from their origins in Palm Beach County down to Miami-Dade for your eating pleasure. The truck is wrapped in flames, belaying the grilled meaty goodness that can be found inside. Steak burgers ($6.95) are grilled to order with fried or grilled onions, and cheese. Jerk chicken and chicken wings ($6.95) give a slow heat rather than a quick burn. However, it's the Captain Crunch chicken sandwich that summons eaters to wait in long lines. The sweet and crunchy favorite cereal of kids and stoners everywhere is crushed to make a batter in which they lovingly dip the chicken breast. The result is a crisp sandwich that is as loud as it's delicious.
