Best Steak I ever had. Great exclusive feel to the room.
Everything that was served was fantastic. Steak tartar was the best I've ever had, crab cake rivaled any i've ever tasted even from coastal destinations, and those were just the apps! Presentation was also very nice. The steaks were really the centerpiece of our meal. The quality of the meat is unbelievable. You could really tell there was a huge amount of thought and care put into the selection of their meat. Wagyu beef, if you haven't tried it, you haven't had the best steak you'll ever taste! Most importantly, the kitchen prepared the cuts just right and were accompanied by delicious house-made sauces and a trio of sides: whipped mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and truffle fries! The wine and cocktail list is also something to marvel at. Peter Soutiere knows how to pick em'.
