In a blink-and-you'll-miss it strip mall with a DART rail backdrop, this nook of a shop serves homespun eats. Aside from the morning classics of eggs your way, potatoes and bacon, the migas platter and breakfast tacos can't come out of the kitchen fast enough. The wait-and there will probably be a wait-is tempered by the chile pepper motif. Chile peppers abound throughout this greasy spoon. Chile pepper cookie jar? Check. Chile peppers with shotguns? Check. Chile peppers sprouting from all crevices? Check. It's more of garden than an oasis in that respect, one that is dirt cheap, full of regulars and worth the wait.
