The Meat Shop is an old-fashioned butcher shop that sells all-natural, hormone-free meat, including pork and chicken raised locally and grass-fed beef from Colorado. And the bacon is nearly legendary in these parts. It's so good, you should pre-order it, or you run the risk of the The Meat Shop running out of it before you get there.
