With an old-school layout and plenty of local color, this Washington Avenue faux-dive has become a standard on the strip. Its barely-lit interior and low ceilings make The Lot seem more like a suburban ice house than a typical Washington haunt, with few frills save a DJ booth, and a huge TV screen under the covered patio. Domestic beers reign, with specials on buckets moving left and right. Be warned, or excited, but when the DJ gets to spinning and the liquor starts flowing, everywhere in The Lot becomes a dance floor.
