Squeezed into a corner on Old Ballard Avenue next door to Conor Byrne, this shadowy, narrow space features nautical-themed decor (including a sizable wooden kayak hanging from the ceiling) and super-friendly service. Besides the bar's large selection of beers on tap and a full food menu offering barbecue sandwiches and salads, the Lock has two pool tables, a tiny corner stage that occasionally hosts live bands, and an outdoor deck perfect for a summer happy hour.
