This former working-class tavern (Harvey's) has been remade into a more upscale neighborhood bar with brick walls and soft lighting that that never gets too packed or rackety. The pleasant bartenders serve from a good-sized wine list and the beer selection has a special focus on Belgian imports like Maredsous 8 and Achouffe Houblon Dubbel ales-.
