Though mostly neighborhood locals frequent the small place, a trip is worthwhile. Try one of the bakery's golden croissants ($1.95). The rest of the menu features a small but varied selection of breakfast and lunch items. And those who don't mind paying $7.95 for a plain omelet or scrambled eggs will enjoy breakfast here on a weekend while sitting at a sidewalk table with a croissant and latte. Lunch prices are more reasonable, with an array of sandwiches and salads for under $12 and French specialties such as crépes, pâté de campagne, and a quiche du jour ($9.95) from which to choose.
