His custards, served in tinfoil ramekins and broiled to order with a butane torch, are sweet, dreamy, and supple with perfectly crisp sugary chapeaux. They come in a delectable variety of flavors: lavender, s'more, honey vanilla, Mexican chocolate, German chocolate, toasted coconut, lemon with blueberry sauce, and our favorite, Bailey's, which perfectly combines the liqueur's lush essence with the custard's rich and creamy texture.
