One bar, one wall of booths and a few tables compose The Cock & Bull, one of the smallest pubs around town, but the inviting neighborhood atmosphere makes up for the lack of elbowroom. Old wood, red-painted walls and country paintings of its namesake cock and bull make the English pub come alive. It's known for the burgers, and the menu includes an artisan cheese plate with a seasonally rotated selection, black garlic quail and lamb loin, among other English-oriented choices.
