    they have 3 hip boutique hotels to choose. One has the restaurant at Maxine's, which has a great brunch on Sundays! Then there's The Dorset building which has the restaurant Kung Fu Sushi. There's outside dining so you can people watch, or just relax with friends. But best of all, its the hippest hotel on the beach and its right on Collins Ave!
