If you're in Woodinville, consider the little restaurant across the lane from Willows Lodge. Chef Bobby Moore has high ambitions for the place, noticeable even at lunch: His hamburgers are made with Kobe beef, his scallops dusted with hazelnuts. Dinner is less distinctive, but you won't find prawns sautéed in Grand Marnier just anywhere, and the pancetta-wrapped Alaskan halibut with cornbread pudding is very good.
