In spite of the confusing name, this serviceable new restaurant offers a broad-ranging Vietnamese menu with some Chinese elements thrown in. While the food is not fantastic, it is edible and sometimes even memorable. Though we're not a fan of the broth used in the beef-noodle soups called pho-it isn't pungent enough and is imperfectly clarified-we did love the grilled pork (#38), served with pads of rice noodle, to be wrapped in Romaine with mint and sprouts before eating. Served with a baguette, the chicken curry (#45) is also a good bet. Open till 11 p.m., seven days.
