Teppay is a traditionally themed, family-run, no-flash Japanese restaurant, and may be a refreshing change if you're over the see-and-be-seen fusion sushi spots dotting the city. There are no reverse happy hours or lunch specials -- patrons go to Teppay for the fish, not just to mingle over reduced-price "martinis."
