Go for the cheap potent margaritas, and bask in the outdoor season during the warmer months. On the whole, it's a restaurant -- and a pretty good one, too -- but yet again, we come back to the margaritas.
There are lots of reasons to go to Teddy's, the lovely century-old North Williamsburg saloon at the corner of Berry Street and North 8th: Good food, live music, fine company, and a great jukebox, all of it illumined by those wonderful stained-glass windows bearing the bar's original name, Doelger. Chow down on a heaping plate of nachos (a perfect size to share with one other person) and guzzle frozen margaritas beneath classy-ish stained glass and antique mirrors.
