Supper comes in the form of a five-course prix-fixe menu that's often surprisingly good and only mildly institutional: One version of the ever-changing menu included an elaborate antipasto, bland celery-root soup, tasty endive-gorgonzola salad, your choice of prosciutto-stuffed chicken breast or gummy risotto cakes, and a most satisfying chocolate mousse ribboned with orange essence and caramel brittle.
