Description

This first OC outpost of a San Gabriel Valley standard specializes in dishes from the port city of Dalian. The signature meal is fried, battered fish fingers flavored with seaweed, delicious, greaseless things that you can eat just with your fingers in the car, but should be part of a feast that needs to include very well done xiao long bao (broth-filled dumplings), a brisk bittermelon stir fry with salted and scrambled eggs, and yes, noodles in various iterations.
