Every A-list art museum now boasts a top-tier restaurant, and our downtown SAM will not be left behind. During the day, TASTE serves as a full-service cafe with a takeout section for nosh-and-browse art appreciators. Nighttime TASTE becomes a multiple-course restaurant. The food, locally sourced and organic, matches the urbanity of the decor, with dishes like roasted guinea fowl served on a creamy turnip puree and, for dessert, a blueberry buckle deconstructed. In the sunlight, the spare, white-on-gray decor makes the perfect setting for TASTE's art-lover/tourist/business clientele. At night, the room grows cold and empty, failing the accomplished food consumed within.

Of course TASTE is a great place! I loved TASTE long before I started working here. The food is so fresh and local! It's an amazing feeling to know that everything you are eating was picked from land that surrounds our beautiful city.
