Taste of Thailand has been crowded almost since the day it opened in 1994, when Rick and Noy Farrell decided to see what Denver thought about eating real Thai food, unaffected by latitude, by cultural drift. And these days, this small, incredibly popular restaurant where the Farrells present their intensely garden-driven menu has another thing going for it: the flu shot soup that's become an annual tradition for regulars, neighbors and the hospital staff from Swedish Medical Center across the street.

    This hidden gem is hands-down the best Thai food in the city. You can tell each meal is made with great attention and love! I love the pad see ew! Delicious flavor in each bite. Run, don't walk to Taste of Thailand!
