Description

Each taco, though small, contains enough meat for two tacos, and caramelized onions add sweetness. The carne asada in the burrito, meanwhile, is black and charred as it should be, rather than grayish and clammy like that cooked at too many taquerías. The beans are mushy, the rice fluffy, the salsa unending. These are among the best tacos in Orange County.
