This upscale Mexican joint, the latest outpost in the empire of celebrity chef Robert Del Grande, adopts the strategy of his Cafe Express: fast food for grown-ups. Sit on the pleasant patio if the weather permits, and dine happily on his unorthodox tamales. The menu includes such Southwestern-sounding items as sweet-potato-and-Swiss-chard enchiladas with guajillo sauce.
