Tucked away in the hustle and bustle of Preston Center, this Taco Diner location offers what might be the best service and food of all the Taco Diners in the metroplex. The waitstaff is knowledgeable and helpful with questions about the menu, and service is quick and attentive. The food doesn't disappoint either-the guacamole is fresh and flavorful, tacos are greasy and perfectly cooked and the margaritas are strong. Don't miss the thick, bold queso, and definitely save room for flan.

Kahn's got a face lift recently but the food is just the same. I love this place. I make it a Lunch spot every week. Get the Ruben...they are incredible.
Some like it hot. They're sissies. We normally want our salsa spicy enough to serve as a paint stripper in a pinch. The salsa verde at Taco Diner, however, is a different animal. We're not sure exactly what they put in this magical sauce, but it's unlike any salsa we've had in Dallas, creamy smooth and iridescent green, with a tangy flavor that's great on the restaurant's mouth-watering tacos. Nearly every Dallas Mexican restaurant worth a dip boasts some type of fish taco on its menu, but almost none are as good as Taco Diner's.
