Szechuan Chinese makes the best dumplings you'll find anywhere in town. The service is friendly, the room comfortable no matter if you're dining alone or with the extended family, and the menu is full of your average Chinese restaurant fare, executed by an above-average kitchen. But all that really matters are those dumplings -- the best ever.

Szechuan Chinese holds down one of the worst imaginable locations in all of restaurantdom, in a nearly inaccessible strip mall off Sixth Avenue.
