As the name of the restaurant suggests, much of the menu at this eatery is devoted to foods that are vessels for syrup -- and the kitchen makes several versions of the sticky stuff, including classics and seasonal offerings. The syrup gets poured over pancakes, waffles and French toast in Syrup's sun-soaked, garden-level dining room that serves breakfast, lunch and brunch to the Cherry Creek neighborhood. But there are more than just sweet options here; the savory breakfasts are just as popular with diners who aren't looking to induce a diabetic coma on a Sunday morning. The coffee flows generously, but fair warning: Syrup has no liquor license.
