    Not good...third or fourth trip...last trip 11-11-2011. Hard tack dried Brisket and similar chicken. Sent it back..second plate better but no prizes...dried Brisket and very very lean..had specifically requested "fat" brisket to avoid the dryness..totally ignored my request. Stopped by food prep area on the way out and saw beautiful fresh steaming brisket being carved...expressed my opinion on that is what I wanted for my lunch..not the rock they served me. This is not worth the drive. To be fair to all BBQ..really if you want real BBQ save up your time and money and just go to Lockhart Tx..the BBQ capital of TX. Otherwise why not call the owner and ask him at what time do you bring out the "good" stuff and stop dishing out yesterdays stuff...I suspect some reviewers do that?
