This small, spare, modern spot features wonderful Japanese noodles (ramen, soba, udon) with a variety of toppings, from the expected (green onions and seaweed) to the more unusual (tororo ramen, topped with grated potato; spicy mabo ramen, with tofu and crumbled pork).
