Description

At Sushi Tazu, the sake is served warm in wooden boxes, the green tea is a deep and smoky jade, and any discrepancy between one plate of salmon maki and the next would have to be measured with a micrometer. Here the spirit of classical Japanese sushi resides comfortably beside some more modern interpretations. The perfect spot for some perfect bites.
