The best sushi I've ever had outside of Tokyo. But you have to order omakase (which is basically letting the chefs do their thing). There's the omakase that's sort of a set one, and then there's one where you go, "I want your special menu" and then they hook you up. That's the shit. Basically, you just have to tell them to hook you up with whatever they want to make you. I'm a sushi snob, and I honestly haven't found anywhere that I've enjoyed as much as this.
