    I have been going to this establishment since it first opened and have always loved the quality of the food eventhough the service has always been mediocre and inexperienced. However, last night had to be the worst and the icing on the cake that has caused me, my family and friends to never step another food in that location. We arrived for dinner at approx.830pm. We ordered 2 appetizers, 6 rolls and a plate of rice. After 1/2 and hour we receieved 4 rolls, ate them and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the last 2 rolls. We ate them and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our plate of rice. All this after asking the waitress several times the status of our order. At first she told us that it was because they only had 2 chefs and they have now expanded and have a bigger restaurant, which frankly, if you double your size, you should hire more chefs to keep up with the demand. After waiting so long for the rest of our order we asked to speak to the manager. From the moment we started speaking to him, he was very defensive and rude. He continued to try and justify the bad service by saying that it was so slow b/c we came during their "busy" time. However, ironically enough, there was also a large party next to us, which was "Carlos" group (a friend of owner or someone who worked there), which sat after us and food came before ours. Anyhow, he kept asking us... "But wasn't the food hot", "Because you know we make it when you order it"... As I told him, yes it was hot, however, that's how it is at every restaurant (made to order) and other places we don't have to wait 20-30 between rolls. The adults in our party were in shock as to how unprofessional and rude this "manager" was. He had no sense of customer satisfaction. A friend of mine and myself went onto their facebook page last night and posted a comment expressing our discontent, and of course, the comment was removed today and we were not addressed at all by them trying to make the situation better. Therefore, as great as their food is, unfortunately an eating out experience is more than good, hot food. Good service is a must, as is an order which comes out an a reasonable time and all together, not in stages... especially the entrees... we were 6 people, ordered 6 rolls and only got 4 first and 30 mins later the remaining 4 and rice 20 mins after... That is totally unacceptable.. It's a shame..
