Description

A traditional sushi and omakase restaurant with simple decor, Sushi Nozawa (same owners as SugarFish) features rotating fish specials that include sea urchin, cod, sweet shrimp, tuna sashimi and Spanish mackerel. There is also the "Trust Me" sushi bar for the adventurous diner, where you must trust the chef.

    Sushi Nozowa will not will any awards for it's decore, but the chef's menu is a variety of fresh and delicious fish! The sushi is flat out fantasitc and their is usually a line to get a table.

    Impress your friends and order a California roll. You'll be tossed into the middle of Ventura Boulevard in no time by Mr. Nozawa, the reigning king of raw fish. Surrender yourself to whatever unholy alchemy is happening behind the sushi bar. It's life changing, and it will keep your mind off the people in line trying to stare you into finishing up quickly and getting up from your table..
