Some folks loving call this underground dive on the Pearl Street Mall "The Scumdowner," it's worth weathering some unkempt folks (i.e. hippies) and the college set for the cheap booze, killer jukebox and a lot of pool tables.

Great prices for drinks with PBR on tap. Terrible atmosphere and the staff was just disrespectful though. Plenty of other better bars in town. Definitely not recommended.
It's a good place to be drunk and unruly, but I lost my favorite hoodie there. I go looking for it everytime I go back...though it may have been left at the attic, that night's a blur.
Great bar. Lots of seating and activity. Several pool tables, two dart boards, shuffleboard, and foosball. They also have the best jukebox I've seen in Colorado to date. Who has full albums by artists like Gorillaz, Broken Bells, Best Coast, and Neon Indian available to play? I should also mention Mystery Can Mondays: the bartender grabs beers from a iced down cooler of canned beer behind the bar, whatever he grabs... you get each for a dollar.
It's hard to believe that one can actually find a bar with some diversity in a town teeming with rich white frat boys. Everyone from toothless locals cadging ciggies in the penalty box (smoking room), to burly Air Force guys out for some rugged homo-social bonding, to poor graduate students taking advantage of the free pool (until 10 p.m.) can be found here, rubbing elbows in perfect harmony.
