This Sunset Park institution stands in the midst of the city's fastest-growing Chinatown, serving old-guard Cantonese food with few interpolations or embroideries. Not sure which of those two categories it belongs in, but one of the most popular dishes here among immigrant diners-and not on the menu-is geoduck sashimi, wobbly beige slices with a decidedly gooey texture served with a chaser of fried geoduck tidbits.
