Loud blaring house music accompanies your hummus at this storefront Mediterranean restaurant/pizza shop. What makes this restaurant so popular (and it's always busy), is the close proximity to all the expensive hotels and lounges on this northern strip of South Beach, and the fact that it's nearly always open. It's the cheapest place to get food for blocks (though at $12 for a falafel, hummus, or tabouli plate and $8 for a personal-sized cheese pizza, it's not that much of a bargain). Outside tables are uncomfortably jammed directly on one of the busiest parts of Collins Avenue, which doesn't seem to deter the club kids from eating away their hangovers in the afternoon, stopping for a quick bite before clubbing, or satisfying a late-night snack-attack.
