After a brief stint as a Mexican restaurant, the space formerly known as Union Square Grill returns to its meaty roots with Sullivan's Steakhouse. This national chain is known for its huge hunks of meat, including a 24-ounce porterhouse. There's also plenty of surf. Scallops are sauced in Thai curry, sea bass is prepared Hong Kong-style, and lobsters weigh up to four pounds. While entrees come with an iceberg wedge salad, all other sides are priced separately. Jazz is featured in the lounge on Thursdays.
