Sugar Lips Mini Donuts started life as a Denver-based doughnut trailer hawking silver-dollar-sized pastries in orders of ten from a turquoise mobile home. The trailer was such a hit that Jasmine Listou soon added a bricks-and-mortar establishment to her mobile concept, opening a storefront in Copper Mountain's bustling village, where skiers and hikers can sample her wares after a long day on the mountain. The tiny shop features those incredible mini-doughnuts, as well as hot chocolate, coffee, tea, chocolate milk and sodas; in the summer, the menu expands to include shaved ice and ice cream.
