This is a serious lamb biryani-saffron-tinted basmati harbors great chunks of bone-in lamb, black cardamom pods, tiny green chiles and whole boiled eggs. It's definitely a meal in itself, but there are plenty of other good ways to fill up at this low-key Bangladeshi counter. Best among the offerings is the beef bhuna, a spice-laden concoction of stewed beef, cubed beef liver, onions and a scattering of incendiary whole green chiles.
