The Stork Club is downtown Oakland's best destination for underground punk & metal bands, cheap drinks, and a shockingly large collection of still-packaged Barbie dolls. (Didn't expect that last one, did you?) There are no signs of gentrification trends here: the Stork remains a dive bar and proud of it.
