Looking to wean yourself off the überchains but not ready to take the high-end steak house plunge? Stoney River's a decent middle step. The steaks are wet-aged instead of dry and fed with grain instead of grass, but they're reliably tasty - and the requisite side of potaoes is included. Those who are tired of beef will be pleased with the lamb and lobster options, and there's even a slice of chocolate cake that comes with a steak knife sticking out of it. Service is polished and very friendly - probably because they know you've just waited half an hour for your table.
