Stockyard Saloon - CLOSED

It's a good ol' saloon, where the bull riders hang out after the rodeo, a cowboy dive with the charm of a bucking bronco. Since 2003, the numbered tags and hats of rodeo champs have graced the walls of the Stockyard Saloon, alongside floor-to-ceiling beer ads. A good mix of tourists, neighborhood regulars and local restaurant staff round out the rest of the crowd. Over the bar hangs a cast-iron antique bell, but a word of caution: If you ring it, you buy the bar a round. DJs spin everything from country to hip-hop on weekends and a jukebox provides an eclectic selection the rest of the week. Happy hour lasts from 2-8 p.m., but the busiest hours are usually on the weekends.
