Description

Some of the most unusual burgers in town can be found at Stax. Between-the-buns novelty includes fresh-ground Colorado lamb with feta cheese, tomatoes, and tabbouleh, as well a rotating "exotic grind" burger that could be ostrich, wild boar, duck, or venison. Choose from the specialty burger list or build your own, with toppings such as housemade ketchup and fried egg.

    They have the best happy hour. Three dollar bugers, sangria, and beer. The atmosphere is chill and the service is great. You have to check this place out!

    This place has all different kinds of burgers including ostrich and buffalo! The burgers are slightly larger than a slider, so it might be good to order 2 or 3 depending on how hungry you are. I love the turkey burger - it comes with avocado, pineapple, and pico de gallo. And this is also the only place I've ever had a vegetarian burger and enjoyed it. Also, you HAVE to get the sweet potato fries. They are delicious.
