This Heights convenience store serves some of the most impressive cheeseburgers in town. Stanton's Super Market's patties are half-pound and hand-formed, and the sesame-seed buns are well toasted. Variations include the Rio jalapeño burger, the BBQ blues burger and the Tex-Mex burger with salsa.

    This place has spoiled burgers for me. Many places in Houston pale in comparison. The burgers are always picture perfect. I love the brunch burger and truck stopper best. The Italian fries and the sweet potato fries are yummy and look great next to the juicy burgers. The only thing that beats the food are the amazing and welcoming people who work there. Theresa and Kyle cooking it up, and Vince taking orders and serving it up. RIP Art, the friendly, patient, made you feel like you knew him all your life. I'll miss seeing you.
