Description

At the northern edge of Downtown Fullerton, in the Villa Del Sol building, Stadium Tavern is the last full-fledged bar in the iconic Orange County drinking district. Despite being decorated with assorted sports memorabilia and multiple flat-screen TVs, Stadium manages to be inviting to those with no interest in athletic events. The complimentary popcorn from a throwback air popper doesn't hurt. With a respectable selection of 32 beers on tap, full bar and a line of signature cocktails, Stadium has one of the most distinctive drink menus in Fullerton. Be sure to check out the Fullerton Lemonade, featuring a blend of Vodka, peach and rasberry Schnapps and lemonade, it packs a tasty punch. An outdoor patio, complete with heat lamps, looks out onto Wilshire Avenue. Happy hour is Monday through Friday, 4 to 6 p.m., with $2.50 domestics, $3.50 imports and $5 well drinks.
