Description

Postcard-perfect views, textbook-perfect steaks, and big, solid drinks will keep the crowds coming to this dark-oak-burnished bit of history, at least until the next ice age. While the items that require a chef's skill often are lackluster, you can't really say you've been to St. Paul if you haven't at least had a drink here. If you get a front booth with a view of the park, put a notch in your belt: You're an official mover and shaker!
