Riverfront Times' Description
A popular spot for Wash. U. students with little cash but lotsa gastronomic adventurousness, Thai Pizza Co. provides some clever twists on the fare you find at the the joint's three sister Loop restaurants. The pies -- available with a thick, doughy crust or a matzo-like thin one -- come topped with chicken satay, hoisin, peanut sauce, green onions and assorted other staples from the motherland. Additional offerings include noodle bowls (some with curious ingredients like barbecued ribs), traditional pad Thai, and not-so-traditional spring rolls, big and thick. The décor is a departure from standard St. Louis Thai, with brighter colors and a more welcoming vibe. A good pick for a quick bite at a low price.
Tips from foursquare
The red curry pizza is the best! And the iced coffee is great, too.
Mmmmm. Drunken Pizza, get it!
Slow service even when we are the only customer:( But, the food is good! The only place to get Tom yam pizza in STL
You can't go wrong. The yellow curry is tasty, and the pad thai pizza is delish!
Thai Iced Tea is yummy AND pretty.
