Riverfront Times' Description

The problem with most bars? You can't take the liquor home with you. Not so at One Nite Stand on Gravois-in addition to pool tables, Friday and Saturday night karaoke, low prices and ashtrays galore, this place also sells package liquor for those of us who, um, drink more than we grocery shop. The owner is usually found presiding at the end of the bar, and the exclamatory ethos here are clear, via behind-the-bar signage: "Drink water at home! $5 a glass," "Who loves you? Nobody!" and "Get out!"
