Rotisserie chicken might not be sexy, but at St. Louis Rotisserie it's a pleasant surprise: The chickens aren't supermarket commodities bagged and then left out to dry beneath a heat lamp. Instead they're roasted over a fire of oak and cherry wood, resulting in blackened skin that's rich with flavor - smoky, of course, but with a welcome citric tang.
