An unassuming Vietnamese restaurant in an old Burger King, St. Louis Pho will impress you with its vibrantly flavored dishes. Its namesake dish, the traditional beef-noodle soup, is outstanding, the broth so richly flavored you might not even want to doctor it with fresh herbs or lime juice. It's fitting that St. Louis Pho opened inside a former Burger King.
